- About the minutes
Minutes are session time: the clock runs while the assistant is working the job with your engineer, and stops when they close the session. Uploading your manuals, recording your procedures and looking things up in them are free and never touch them. Plan minutes reset every month; the 200 free ones do not.
Top-ups
Run out mid-month, or take on a big job. Add minutes to any plan and they stay in the account until you use them.
