For trade business owners

TrainAR is the first AI
to create jobs for humans.

Trainees who pay their way from day one.

TrainAR is an AI mentor on smart glasses that walks new trainees through a real job and makes them productive from their first day.

So they can go out alone sooner. stop ringing your best engineer. ask instead of guessing. follow your method, not a generic course. see the next step in front of them. find the fault code without a tablet. keep both hands on the work. sign the job off without the paperwork.

What TrainAR does

Give a new trainee the glasses.
The AI already knows the job.

It's an AI mentor, not a video: they ask, and it answers.

  1. A new starter standing idle, not yet able to work on his own
    The problem

New starters take too long to get going

So most firms don't take them on.

  2. Blueprint of trade equipment: a boiler, a consumer unit, a cylinder, pipework and manuals TrainAR smart glasses
    What we built

An AI mentor trained on the trades

Inside a pair of smart glasses.

  3. The same new starter wearing TrainAR glasses, fixing a radiator valve while the AI talks him through it
    What changes

On real jobs from day one

    Guided step by step.

    • Heating
    • Plumbing
    • Electrics
    • And more
What the numbers mean

Every trainee has a
break-even point.

We compare a trainee with an experienced engineer: how much of the same work do they get done?

  1. 28%A first-year trainee today. Every hour, they cost you more than they bring in.
  2. 42%Break-even. Their work covers their wage and the time your engineer spends with them.
  3. up to 78%With TrainAR. Guided on real jobs from day one, they get more done, sooner.

A trainee pays
their way at 42%

Of the work an experienced engineer does.

28%: BIS Research Paper 67 (2012). 42%: TrainAR cost model for a first-year apprentice, 2026.

How it works

On day one, it knows the job.
Over time, it knows your company.

  1. A trainee fixing a radiator valve on his own, wearing smart glasses

    Any trainee, from day one

    • It already knows the job
    • Your newest trainee starts working
    • An engineer working on a boiler
    • An engineer working on an electrical panel
    • An engineer brazing a copper pipe

    Your team works. It learns.

    • Learns from every job your team does
    • Plugs into the tools you already use
  3. A heating company's team walking out to their vans

    Your company, supercharged

    • Your team's know-how, built in
    • Every van works like your best engineer

Ready, or just having a look?

Both are fine. Pick the one that sounds like you.

If you want to see it

Try it on your own jobs,
with your own engineers.
