How TrainAR works
From a job one of your engineers is doing today, to a trainee doing it on their own.
01Record the job as you do it
- Real job. Nothing is staged, and nobody comes off the tools to film.
- Hands free. The glasses see what the engineer sees.
- Out loud. He says what he is doing, and why he does it that way.
- Photos. Taken during the job, saved with the session.
- Done. “End session” saves it. Nothing to write up.
02TrainAR turns it into steps
- Automatic. Processing starts on its own when the session ends.
- Split up. The recording becomes separate procedures, each one named.
- Clipped. Every procedure gets its own clip and thumbnail.
- Scored. 0 to 100. A session with nothing usable is flagged, not filled in.
- Your documents. Manuals, specs and diagrams sit alongside, searchable mid-job.
03Your trainee follows it on site
- Live coaching. Trainee mode, on a real job, on a phone or on glasses.
- On the equipment. The step is shown over the kit in front of them.
- Ask out loud. “What is this part?” “Show me the diagram.” “Next step.”
- It looks. Through the camera: that appliance, that gauge, that wire.
- When it goes wrong. A leak, a seized valve: it deals with it, then picks the job back up.
- Your method. Checked against your knowledge base and the regulations.
