AR session summaries - what was done, plus photos and time-on-task - post back into the originating Simpro job. Engineers and office staff stay in the tools they already use.

What We Do Together
TrainAR's Commusoft integration is live. Two-way sync: jobs and engineers flow from Commusoft into TrainAR every 15 minutes, AR session summaries flow back into the originating Commusoft job. Plumbing and heating businesses get on-the-job AR training and a clean record of what happened in their existing platform.

Technology PartnershipInfomill builds Parts Arena, the UK's most widely used boiler and heating parts catalogue. Merchants and engineers across the country rely on it for exploded diagrams, manuals, and accurate part lookups.
What We Do Together
Parts Arena is built into the Boiler Expert agent on the AR glasses. Engineers identify the boiler, pull up exploded diagrams and manuals, and confirm the right part number by voice, hands-free on the job. It is live through the Parts & Spares bundle.

Technology Partnership · Simpro GroupBigChange is a leading UK field service management platform and part of the Simpro Group, with whom we hold a partnership agreement. Its JobWatch platform is used by field service businesses across the UK to manage jobs, scheduling, and reporting.
What We Do Together
Through our Simpro Group partnership, the BigChange integration syncs JobWatch jobs into TrainAR and posts AR session completion notes back to the originating job. It is built and sandbox-tested, with production approval in progress.
