A typical Monday with the integration on
Six engineers, twenty-two jobs, one office co-ordinator. Here's how it actually plays out.
Co-ordinator opens Commusoft. Twenty-two jobs across the day. Three of them are Worcester Greenstar 30Si swaps - same model, recent training. One is a less-common Vaillant Eco-Tec conversion.
Polling sync (every 15 minutes) brings those jobs into TrainAR. Each one carries the customer, address, job type and assigned engineer through to the glasses, so the Core Training Agent has the right context before the engineer even arrives.
Engineer puts the glasses on, taps in. The Core Training Agent loads the day's Greenstar 30Si bundle - the brand-specific procedures, the manufacturer manual, the fault-code lookup. All searchable by voice the moment the engineer needs it.
Boiler in. Engineer says "Mark this complete. Two and a quarter hours. Photo of the gas rate, photo of the flue." Glasses capture both. TrainAR posts the session summary plus both images back to the Commusoft job. Office sees it land. Customer invoice can go out.
Engineer arrives. The Vaillant Eco-Tec procedure loads onto the glasses for this job. Voice questions about the brand-specific quirks his Worcester muscle memory doesn't cover get answered live by the on-glasses agent. Session summary flows back to Commusoft.
