TrainAR + n8n

TrainAR is a community node on n8n. Trigger workflows from TrainAR events, and create tasks, invite users or run skills inside TrainAR as steps in a larger automation. Self-hostable, no per-task limits, connected to n8n's hundreds of other apps.
Triggers and actions, both ways
Unlike a trigger-only connector, the n8n node works in both directions across Task, User and Skill.
Triggers (TrainAR fires, n8n listens)
- Task created / status changed — react when work appears or moves
- Session completed — with score, duration and AI summary
- Skill executed — when the on-glasses assistant runs a custom skill
Actions (n8n writes into TrainAR)
- Create task — from a CRM, FSM, scheduler or any upstream app
- Invite user — onboard an engineer as part of a flow
- Execute skill — run a TrainAR skill from your automation
Authentication is API-key based. Generate a key in your TrainAR settings, paste into the n8n credential, done.
