Once Twilio is connected, the on-glasses assistant gains a Send SMS tool. It confirms the recipient and the message, reads it back, then sends. Hands stay on the job.

Your account, your number
Messages send from your own Twilio number, so they carry your identity and your sender settings. Twilio bills you directly at your rate. We add nothing on top.
