The five tools
Voice-Driven Forms. Fill a gas safety record or service sheet by talking. Every value lands exactly where it belongs, serial and registration numbers character perfect, and the finished PDF attaches to the job. Import standard forms or upload your own and the fields are detected automatically. Forms with photo boxes take pictures straight from the glasses.
Vision Tools. Snap a photo for the report, read a GC or serial number straight off a data plate, or ask "where is the gas valve" and have it circled on your lens. The camera does the looking, hands free.
Web Search. Check a part price, find who has it in stock nearby, or pull up a supplier's number, by voice. Live answers come back into the lens in seconds, without putting a tool down.
Send SMS. Text customers from your own connected number. "Running ten minutes late", "job complete, certificate on the way", sent by voice. Connect your own Twilio number and messages go out at your cost, with no markup from us.
Send Email. Email a completed certificate or a glasses photo straight to the customer from your own domain, powered by your own Resend connection.
What works immediately
Forms, Vision Tools and Web Search work the moment you log in. Send SMS and Send Email send from your own connected accounts, so the customer sees your number and your domain, not ours. Until you connect them, those two tools stay hidden, so the assistant never offers something it cannot do.
